Hi, I’m Andrea!

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and wellness coach with a heart for helping people reconnect with themselves through nourishment, movement, and mindful living.

For over 25 years, I’ve guided individuals, families, and communities toward healthier relationships with food and body. Today, my work integrates the science of nutrition with the wisdom of yoga and other holistic wellness practices — including sleep, stress management, and self-care routines — to support whole-person wellness in a way that is sustainable, empowering, and deeply compassionate.

Through private and small group sessions, classes, and workshops, I help people explore what well-being looks and feels like for them. My approach is grounded in professional experience and led by heart — honoring both the evidence and the energy behind true, lasting health.

In addition to my client-centered work, I continue to develop nutrition education materials for teachers and school communities. I work with OPEN as a National Trainer, a member of their Development Team, and contribute to their Nutrition Education and Staff Wellness initiatives. I also offer consulting services and presentations — including professional development for educators and customized wellness talks for organizations and events.
